Due to the size of this site and it’s different functions and services this page was created to help you navigate through the rules, guidelines and policies for quick reference. All of these are subject to changes and some without prior notice. Last revised on November 6, 2008, if you were a registered member prior to that date it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with changes in these rules. |

We reserve the right to change these rules at any time. The key thing to keep in mind is this is a technical forum and we only want accurate information posted. With that in mind the staff may remove or edit your post if it is found to be offensive even if it falls within the rules. If it’s not illegal or threatening or hate mongering or any of the 100 or so other things that aren't generally accepted in society your probably never going to have a problem. We do feel people should be able to express themselves in a way that is best suited for them, but profanity and vulgar or obscene posts will edited or deleted. In short, use your own common sense. As for Links, we encourage our memebers to post golf cart links to other golf cart related sites or any other sites of interest. No links to any kind of porn. As for images posted, please resize them to fit the board. If you can't there are always others that can so we ask you all help each other out in that area so we can keep threads from running wall to wall so you get a headache trying to read them. Also make sure the site your images are hosted on approves of you posting images located on their server here. Feel free to post as many golf cart pictures or any other pictures as possible. One last thing I want to impress upon everyone, the person who starts a thread does not own it, once posted it becomes property of Cartaholics.com. Maybe that will take some of the fun out for some of you, but it isn't fair to others who reply to a thread if you up and have the thread deleted because you don't like the way it went. It can also leave things unsaid which can lead to people feeling insulted when no insult was intended. So we don’t delete threads on request. Here just like the real world if things go bad you just have to deal with it. Keep in mind these rules are subject to change as is the Privacy Policy. Please familiarize yourself with the rules and lets all work together to make this site safe and fun for everyone to enjoy. |
