Ok, replaced fuel pump. Seems to be doing good, we will find out how easy it starts in the morning. Coming from the fuel pump, there was a steel line about a foot long, then went to rubber line. That steel line had been twisted, and appeared to have a split in it. I'm thinking that was the issue, but like I said, we will find out in the morning when he goes out to start it.

Haha, damn you guys are impatient! So fuel pump was replaced. It did not fix the problem, so I was able to find the accelerator pump locally. Installed it, and as of this morning. It is fixed.
