Club Car DS golf cart starts no problems, runs great, except when going along it "bogs down" loses power and runs slow. After a few minutes, it picks back up as if nothing is wrong and is back to normal. This has been going on for a while now. I recently noticed that at night with the headlights on, the lights brighten when the cart slows down, goes back to normal when the cart speeds back up. Any help would surely be appreciated!

Sounds like the voltage regulator is sticking. Try putting a digital volt meter on the battery and take it for a ride while monitoring the voltage and post your results. Welcome to the forum. :hattip:

After sitting in garage all night with temp in the upper 20's, the battery tested at 13.00V, at start up it went to 15.10V and stayed closed to that. After running full throttle for a while the usual happened, it slowed (bogged) down, the meter when to 19.60, when the engine picked back up, the meter when back to 15.15V.

Thanks for your help, installed the voltage regulator this morning and problem solved. Volt meter is a steady 14.50, no more surge in power.
