In My Spare Time Rebuilt 85 Club Car DS

    A 1985 5 solenoid Club Car DS I rebuilt in my spare time over the last few years. I think it’s finished, but ya never know....

    That cart was never brought back. It was built with class .. It just old with the rest of us!!

    I get a kick out of bringin' them old carts back to life, did You paint it also?

    Yes I did. Used an airless system we bought at work. It’s got some orange peel, but very minor. It’s a five foot job. Barks the tires on pavement, runs out at 20 mph. Still 36v 5 solenoid resistor setup.
