I have a 73 HD 3 Wheel Cart which I cant seem to get started. Battery has power...when you press the pedal down sometimes you get a click...most times you don't. I am wondering if anyone has access to a schematic for this...as I really don't understand how they work...I haven't taken it all apart...Would this have points that maybe bad?

There should be a wiring diagram in the resource section of the forum. Are you sure the battery is good? Are all your connections clean and tight? If everything check out try jumping the two large posts on the solenoid and see if it starts.
