Try placing a jumper wire from positive post on battery to the red wire with blue stripe on your electronic fuel pump. If the fuel pump kicks on try turning it over and maybe this will also give power to ecu, head lights etc. so you have a short somewhere between ignition switch and throttle body/ecu!
