Converting from a '94 2 stroke to a Predator 240cc. Need rear end.

I have alread purchased the Predator engine only to realize that the rear end in my cart will not work with a 4 stroke engine. I would have no reverse. I have been looking for a rear end to make this happen. Where can I find a rear end that will work?
