My 2006 ParCar has brand new batteries and after charging overnight still show about 5.85 across the board for all eight. Want to figure out if the onboard charger is working. Is there a way to check charger of might there be a fuse I’m not seeing?

Put a volt meter across the battery pack. Measure voltage voltage and then see what it does when charger turned on. You should see it go up. Sometimes new batteries take a few times to get to full charge. You can also look at the meter or lights on charger to see if it turned on.
I checked that and all good there. I’m charging each battery individually. Getting them to about 7.25. After that I’ll see what happens. Maybe that will tell me if the onboard charger is bad.
Charged each battery separately to 7.25 volts. Go to turn it on and hear the click from the key. Gauge shows batteries charged and nothing happens.
Could there possibly be a fuse somewhere?
