My new Polaris Crew has a lot of radiator heat coming through the dash and front floor. Called dealer and was told they are all like that. No fix for the issue. Has anyone had any experience with a problem like this? I am thinking insulation and ducting heat away from drivers area.

Definitely insulate. I wouldn't worry about ducting. There are some kick arse insulations available.
