Check and Add Water To Golf Cart Batteries

What's the correct way to properly check and add water to the batteries in my electric 36 volt golf cart to keep them maintained. I've learned to keep water levels up to the meniscus point, but then Interstate said don't do that because adding water will dilute the mixture of water and acid, they claimed as long as the cells are submerged, you're ok.

What's your guys take on this?

Great! Glad I learned the correct way to go about this. Also, in the event my T-605's are a little weak come spring time, what battery do you guys recommend, and where can I get a good price on a set, any place in particular that everybody likes? I think I'd like to stick with Trojan as it seems the best option, that or maybe another brand that's equally as quality.

Trojan T-105 is a better battery than to T-605. Battery prices are all over the place so your best bet is shop around in your area.
