Club Car DS Lift Kit Parts

Good afternoon!

I have had a 2001 Club Car with a lift kit for about 10 years now and most of the rubber and bushings are worn down to nothing. Now I'm having trouble now finding replacement parts for it.

I have attached the original instructions if anyone may know who made this kit or can lead me in the right direction to getting parts.

As far as i can make out, these were only available from Buggies unlimited and were a copy of the earlier Jakes kits,so you might want to contact them for parts if available. I could be wrong as memory fades with age . It appears that they now only supply Jakes and GTW kits, but it may also be worth going to a bearing supplier to see if they can match up the bushes.

The bushings are nothing special. I found that the normal leaf spring bushings for a Club Car DS 1981-up fit those kits.

You could take a measurement of the opening and get polyurethane bushing from mcmaster car or someplace like that.
