You need to go further with the adjustment nut. Once you go to far it'll start surging.

I adjusted all the nut all I could, both the springs are almost closed. still no faster that 13-14 mph

The lower cable is the one I adjusted, there are two 10mm jam nuts.

Thank U for the pictures, I do better with them .
I been adjusting the top one, thats what I did on my 03 ezgo, and it worked great.
I will work on the lower one this weekend when I go to lake.

Put the top one back where it was, that's the F/R shift cable.

if its still under warrenty try to put a 3/4" long 5/16th fuel line and slice it down the middle and wrap it with elec tape, around the threaded stud and you will have your speed and pull, any more they work against each other

well I guess im confussed whitch threaded stud do I use?

It's the smaller cable. No stud. Adjust the cable housing outward from the bracket.
