Low Battery Indicator Only Flashes w/ the key in OFF position

Hey fellow electric cart enthusiasts,

I'm reaching out for assistance with a perplexing issue I've encountered with a 2020 XRT800e. The cart was sent to the dealership where they replaced the batteries and solenoid. Now the Low Battery Indicator Only Flashes w/ the key in OFF position. If the key is in the ON position the status indicator doesn't flash; and, leaves people stranded.
Troubleshooting:
1. Reversing the wires didn't help.
Thoughts:
1. Maybe they incorrectly reattached a wire. The dealership service were at a loss. They gave me another indicator light. But, it doesn't seem to work at all.

No sooner than I made this post, as I was closing the pictures I posted, when I saw the potential culprit. If you look at the terminal bus/block above the solenoid, there is wire sitting off to the left side, not plugged in. That was it. I plugged it in and now the Low Battery Indicator flashes in the on and off position.
