No Vacuum No Compression

1996 Yamaha G16 was running great then idled down now turns over but nothing else. While checking fuel pump noticed no gas comes out and there is no vacuum from the motor. There is also no compression when checked.

Any thoughts

No compression is no bueno. I’d first pull the cover to check the valves. Fingers crossed for top end problems with easy fixes

Unfortunately I already checked that and it appears normal

Gas pedal to the floor when you checked compression? Is the throttle plate opening up? Cable broken?
