Shredding Secondary Clutches-Yamaha G16

At this point, i'd say by looking at mine 2018 IRS, independant rear suspension,. My guess would be that any alignments would have to be where the sheave mounts on the shaft, either a machined stop or an adjustable speced measurement.
Dont really see anything specific to align with. Having backed mine in garage, my belt is hugging the outer side w/about 1/8" space on trans side.
Two things you might ck.
1 being the trans or engine mount or bolts being loose,
2 are the mount holes in frame elongated causing mis alignment

How about that grease zert on the primary?, two pumps is all
Did you ever ck to see if it wobbles, since the pic seems to indicate a faulty part to me. And there are two of you who bought from the same vendor, or have you talked to them! Two seperate people, same problem, same cart. Hmmm!!
Something just isn't right, or so it seems.
By the way, my secondary is different also, so we can't really compare apples to apples entirely.
